We completed an extensive remodel of our lake home in 2012 and couldn’t have been more pleased with the finished product. We chose Schultz Bldg on the recommendation of our architect and are convinced that the project moved along so seamlessly because of Noel Schultz. Since we were not on site most of the time, it was up to him to keep things moving and keep us informed. His attention to detail was outstanding, as was his ability to problem solve! Having some problems with the kitchen design kept me awake at night but he made a few changes in a matter of minutes that made all the difference. The entire crew was very professional, and we enjoyed working with them. Whenever we have any other construction projects or even questions, Noel Schultz is always our first call.

I hired Schultz Building to turn the basic drawings I created of our Northwoods ‘dream home’ into reality. The great majority of people who embark on this process have at least one, if not several, negative stories about this phase or that phase of the process. I, however, am not one of those people.
From the day I met Noel Schultz and Brian Polzin, to the day their crew packed up their trailer and left our beautiful new home and perfectly clean construction site, I was nothing but thrilled.
Brian was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable in regard to the design phase. He took my glorified ‘napkin’ drawing, made some great suggestions and improvements, and always kept me very involved in making our home ‘ours’. Then, lo and behold, they showed up to break ground exactly when groundbreaking was promised. From that point on, it was all good.
The thing I appreciated most about working with Schultz Building was their openness. Nothing about the process was hidden from us. When we went to make a change, the books were opened to us, and we felt great about their honesty.
The Schultz crew was exceptional. They were friendly, very professional., and it was always clear to us that they all took great pride in their work. They built our 5-star energy home in the time they said it would take them, and five years later the quality and craftsmanship still shine. We get compliments all the time from our guests on the quality and appearance of our home.
